Android MediaMTX gateway

Battery-powered relay: ATAK pulls RTSP, WebTAK plays HLS, with DVR archives and MPEG-TS multicast for MANET fan-out. Keep the app in the foreground while publishing.

UAS Tool and TAK

Video rides standard streaming protocols. TAK only carries the stream link, so CoT stays light.
